I placed an order but have not received the tracking number yet.
Orders are dispatched on a first-in, first-out basis. As soon as the supplier sends the package via the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number for each part of your order.
Where are the rest of my order items?
The products come from different suppliers. Your order will be shipped in parts, each with a separate tracking number. You will receive an email with each tracking number when the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
Can I buy products in person?
Due to the nature of the products, there is no physical store, and suppliers will not deliver products directly to you in person. This is to protect your privacy and ensure anonymity for both parties.
I don’t know which cycle to follow.
There are three options:
- You can research how to create cycles and determine dosages online, as there is plenty of information available.
- You can ask in our customer group on Telegram (this group is exclusively for customers of diamondspharm.com, so please do not join if you are not a customer). Note that no one is obligated to provide advice.
- You can purchase a chemical consultation/accompaniment from our store, where you will be given detailed instructions on how to structure your cycle, including duration and dosages, tailored to your goals.
What is PCT and why do I need it?
PCT stands for Post Cycle Therapy. It is necessary to help restore your hormonal axis after using steroids and SARMs. PCT should begin immediately after finishing your cycle to promote recovery of your hormonal balance. The longer and more intense the cycle, the more disrupted your hormonal axis may be, and the longer it may take to normalize.
Do I need testosterone with other anabolic steroids?
Yes. Testosterone is the base upon which any cycle should be built.
When should I get blood tests?
It is advisable to have blood tests before and after the cycle to monitor your values. The specific tests needed can vary depending on the cycle and steroids used.

Can I lose fat from just one area?
Unfortunately, spot reduction of fat is not possible without surgical methods like liposuction, cryolipolysis, or cryotherapy.
I received the wrong product.
If this happens, please contact customer support through Telegram or email with your order number (starting with #) and specify the incorrect product received. We will provide the return address and you will be offered either a refund or a promotional code equivalent to the value of the incorrect product. This code can be used for a new purchase of the desired product or any other product on your next purchase.

How can I track my order?
